PRACTICE GUIDELINES

  1. Do not give other athletes advice, unless you are leading a group during a practice.
  2. If you have to miss a workout or practice, you will be required to make up that workout.
  3. It is your job to eat on "program". You must eat and rest like an athlete 7 days a week.
  4. Practices are designed to be completed in full. Leaving early is not allowed.
  5. You are expected to compete in all events, so practice like it.
  6. Times from workouts and events will be posted and handed out.
  7. Do not try to change scheduled practice times around your issues. Training at this level is never convenient.
  8. Lay out equipment and have tires ready before every practice.
  9. Finish every set of every drill at a practice.
  10. Perform all drills exactly as instructed.
  11. A positive attitude is required.
  12. Please do not bring news, stories, or personal issues to a practice or race.
  13. If you are sick, it is better to miss a practice than to expose your teammates to an illness.
  14. Never invite someone to participate in a practice.
  15. Stay focused; training is a state of mind.
