PRACTICE
GUIDELINES
- Do not give other athletes advice,
unless you are leading a group during a practice.
- If you have to miss a workout or
practice, you will be required to make up that workout.
- It is your job to eat on "program".
You must eat and rest like an athlete 7 days a week.
- Practices are designed to be completed
in full. Leaving early is not allowed.
- You are expected to compete in
all events, so practice like it.
- Times from workouts and events
will be posted and handed out.
- Do not try to change scheduled
practice times around your issues. Training at this level
is never convenient.
- Lay out equipment and have tires
ready before every practice.
- Finish every set of every drill
at a practice.
- Perform all drills exactly as instructed.
- A positive attitude is required.
- Please do not bring news, stories,
or personal issues to a practice or race.
- If you are sick, it is better to
miss a practice than to expose your teammates to an illness.
- Never invite someone to participate
in a practice.
- Stay focused; training is a state
of mind.
